Hi everyone sorry to post at such a hard time for a lot of you ! And me my fiancé is trapped in South Africa and we are having trouble getting him out the country where they will close the barriers for good on Friday! all last minute notice from the Nigerian government I’m devestated and worried he won’t get home to the U.K. if he stays it could be months before I see him again!

I’m sorry to all those who have had cancellations and so forth for fertility and operations !

shutting down anxiety and other distractions can help!take this time to be mindful x

I keep seeing questions about are we at risk having endometriosis ?

the answer is yes! the reason why the answer is yes is that their is not enough information about the Coronavirus and endo!

a lot of us have growths in places other than our pelvis This can be up to your diaphragm which obviously is near your lungs, heart and vital organs.the virus blocks of your airways wouldn’t it be a challenge if endo was blocking areas aswell?

I’m not writing this post to scare people but you mustn’t think you are safe!

for me I already have breathing difficulties due to endo and obvious autoimmune disfunction did you know alopecia indicates an autoimmune disfunction?and endometriosis itself suspects a problem with your immunity?

you must all protect yourself from this virus as well as you can because there is not enough information on how it affects endometriosis suffers so if you think you don’t know you must take it as you are an at risk group !

all the best my loves

X

I totally agree that very little is known as to whether we are at risk or not because no one knows enough about covid-19 to rule anything out. I hope you are well and your fiancé has returned home.
