What’s going on? Is this normal?

So just some background info- I have suspected endo on my bowel.

The past two weeks I’ve still had symptoms but not as bad and I’ve been able to get on with most things like uni. I’ve been a little constipated but yesterday I had really bad gastric symptoms like bad wind and stomach ache. Took a nurofen etc and it settled down a little but as soon as I got into bed I felt extremely nauseous. Eventually fell asleep but woke up with leg ache down both legs for about 3 hours so couldn’t get up. Tried a hot water bottle nothing helped. Shoulders also hurt a lot and felt generally ill and very weak with a rapid heartbeat. My lips look quite blue too and now I have runny diarrhea with urgency and keep going every 20 minutes (sorry tmi). Update: went to a&e because I felt sick and had heart palpitations passed out twice soThey put me on a drip but they sent me home saying it is a stomach bug. I’m so confused cause I was literally fine a few days ago & was quite happy and all of a sudden this happens? Any idea what is going on? Has this happened to anyone else? I’m also on birth control to help the pelvic pain
