How do you strong ladies cope with the anxiety that is associated with endo and adeno. I used to love going out and travelling but now I am too scared to leave the house on weekends in case I feel sick. I never used to be like this but I am now feeling nauteous constantly. I will be traveling overseas later on this year and I am petrified. Any advice is appreciated 😊
