Endo and nerve problems

Has anyone ever had nerve problems with endometriosis?

I've recently found my legs and hands to be quite shaky. I also find sometimes a feeling in my leg as though warm water is trickling. My doctor said nerve damage but I feel like it's getting worse. Any stories would be helpful!
