Advice needed please

Hello. So I had a laparoscopy at the start of May this year. They diagnosed stage 1 Endo of the pouch of Douglas. I was discharged from my specialist two months and I have had no problems at all until the past few weeks. Before I was diagnosed I had extremely painful periods and very heavy periods but the pill seems to have helped this a lot. The only problem I am having again is excruciating pain during sex in my tummy which seems to be getting worse. It is usually only in my left side and after sex I am always very very bloated. Any advice on what to do?
