Hello,
Sorry things haven’t improved.
Have you spoken to your prescribing consultant? It really is them rather than your GP who should be monitoring your reaction to Prostap treatment and any side effects you are experiencing while on it.

Hi LoneWolf91. NoEndoInsight is correct. Your endo specialist should be the one to manage the treatment. Yet it is good that your GP is proactive.
Anyhow, my case... I was treated with 2 6-month lupron treatments a few years back but did not experience bleeding like you. Recently, I experienced an extremely unmanageable flare up with heavy bleeding and I was given decapeptyl ( lupron's cousin), after the first shot all seem good and bleeding stopped. But on the 3 week bleeding was back and my endo specialist gave me norethistherone ( primolut) 2x a day for 20 days. And a back up of tranexamic acid to be used if the bleeding goes too heavy with fainting spells. Now, all seems manageable however annoying spotting and usual side effects of hot flushes and migraine, etc are still a bother.
It is important that your endo specialist knows what is happening or a Triage gyne at least. And do not forget to record all the meds being given to you so you can easily trace how your body reacts and can keep off if adverse reactions occur.
I hope all will be well soon. And when there is bleeding you easily loose iron and gets dehydrated. So at least take iron supplements and rehydrate.
