Possible endometriosis

Hi so i have been diagnosed with PCOS for a number of years now. But over the last week I have been in agony over my left ovary which has continued to get worse and has now started to hurt in my pelvis and slightly on the right side. I had an ultrasound scan as I have been in hospital twice with the pain but they said unless its a burst cyst they are unsure.

I have since been looking online and have seen endo pop up quiet a lot. Due to my PCOS I don't get periods anymore and haven't for over a year. When I did get periods they were extremely heavy and painful.

Has anyone else experienced this? I need to go back to the doctors tomorrow as I am still no better and wondered if endo was something I could mention to them.

Thanks

It could’ve an endo cyst did anything show on scan my first scan showed a cyst they said that’s why I’m in pain my cyst is now gone I’m still in pain it could be a normal cyst as they can grow and cause pain but if it was big it would have picked up I have pain on my ovaries a lot and think I have endo you would have to request further investigation from your docs
