Possible Endo? Not sure

Hi, i'm hoping someone can help or has had anything similar.

About 18 months ago i had a 16cm Dermoid cyst removed from my right ovary and another smaller one on my left removed. For the past 10 months i've been in constant pain, missing periods and heavy ones lasting for about 14 days all with shooting pains constantly on my right side/Pelvic area. My scans were clear however my Gynaecologist suggested possible scar tissue or endo and would give me a Lap to confirm it. Im currently on the Copper coil and due to get it changed to the hormonal one this week to see if that helps. However i'm now on my period and its lasted over 4 weeks! My GP has put me on Ultravon to stop the bleeding but im still in pain and constantly exhausted!

Has anyone had anything similar or has any advice? Currently in my Final year of uni and i just cant be doing with it
