Painnnn, not bleeding :( Long cycles.

Sorry in advance for to much information.

I have a very long cycle, and average 47 days, longest being 59 days.

I am "due on" from what many of my period tracking app says.

However I am not bleeding. I seem to have spotted every so slightly small amounts of very old blood, but this is only when I wee, I can not tell if this is coming from my bladder or vagina.

The past few periods I have had bad pains as always and feel heavy and tender, like I'm on a period but not bleeding. Then within a week I bleed.

When I do start to bleed, I don't know if it is actually a period or just the weight of my lining that has collapsed and cant take it any longer, if that makes sense.

I do only have one fallopin tube, suspects endo, and apparently PCOS (however I dont have the common PCOS symptoms)

Has anyone else experienced similar?
