Apps for tracking periods & Endo symptoms

Hi ladies,

Does anyone use an app to track symptoms of endo and bleeding etc? I've just finished 51 days of bleeding and want to know the best way of tracking aswell as my day to day symptoms etc.

Hi yes I used period tracker apps all the time. It was great to way to evidence what you were dealing with on a day to day and even night time basis. It helped to show doctors and consultants what I was living with, if you can say that. Chin up and take care
