I'm so sorry you are suffering like this sweetheart.
From your post I would suggest you get an urgent review by your gp he/she can assess you on the phone. I say this as a nurse (not currently practising due to illhealth) you may need different antibiotics or need them intravenously for a day or so but please don't delay as you sound in a lot of pain. Please remember to drink lots of water too.
If it is endo in/around urinary tract even if confirmed is there a specialist nurse in gynaecology you can contact? Even so please do get medical advice asap.
Sorry to hear you’re so poorly - I’ve just finished my 3rd course of antibiotics for a kidney infection (still not feeling great). It turns out, after my rheumatologist sent my urine sample off for culturing, that I have a gram-negative strain of bacteria, which is only able to be treated with 1 or potentially 2 antibiotics. My particular kidney infection strain is notorious for being difficult to treat, and only occurs in people that are really unwell with low immunity. (More likely to do with my lupus than my endometriosis, but my endometriosis was found around my ureter so I have sensitivities in that area anyway).
I’m not necessarily suggesting that this is the case with you, but it may be worth asking your GP if they can send your urine sample off for culturing, as some strains of infection can only be effectively treated with certain antibiotics, so it may be the case that you’ll continue to feel unwell unless you’re treated with specific antibiotics that are sensitive to your specific strain of infection.
