Permanent endo belly as a result of surgery??

I had my first and only laparoscopic excision for my endometriosis in February of this year and felt good (as good as you can!) until a few weeks after the surgery. Around 3/4 weeks after the surgery I gained A LOT of weight (for me around half a stone when my weight is very constant) and my endo-belly appeared and never went away. I would usually get endo-belly only around the time of my period, but sadly I now have it every day, which I can only assume is as a result of the surgery. I’ve been back to my consultant twice who didn’t seem concerned, and checked via scans that everything seemed ok, so he referred me to a gastro specialist. I don’t really have any gastro issues anymore (despite some of my endo being across my bowel) and I was tested for lots of intolerances/allergies and everything came back normal. I recently fell pregnant with twins, but sadly miscarried last week (at 10 weeks) and I’m starting to become really concerned the miscarriage MIGHT have had something to do with what seems to be severe inflammation in my lower abdomen/womb area. Does anybody else have experience of anything similar to this? I’m so miserable right now, especially as a very slim woman, looking 6/7 months pregnant every day when you’ve just miscarried is honestly so heartbreaking and cruel. Any help/advice/thoughts shared would be greatly, greatly appreciated. Thank you!
