Endo is back

So my lovely endometriosis is back after my lap nearly a year ago. I know it is because im feeling shit again and the bloating is unreal! Im due to start ivf and just started having acupunture to help with both things, ive had one session and feel shit though i felt great during it. Has anyone else had acupuncture to help with their endometriosis?

it helped w my endo pain. But my doctor at one of the best Ivf clinics in London said to me to not do it during Ivf treatment. Said it had not been shown to be helpful and could even be bad for treatment. I therefore didn’t do it during ivf treatment w this clinic (also it was expensive and I was already spending so much money).

Most of my Ivf pals did it and lots of people like adding it to Ivf treatment though.
