Ultrasound after Zoladex

Hello all.

I was wondering if anyone had been sent for a pelvic/trans ultrasound after their Zoladex injections were complete and if any cysts were found?

I wasn't sure if this was possible but as I am still having symptoms and pains this is what my gynae wants to check for. He also wants my GP to refer me for a colonoscopy and I am awaiting results on a lumbar spine MRI.

I feel a little bit at a loss. I have confirmed stage 3 endo through a lap but is there something else going on? My gynae is lovely but only used ablation during my last lap and keeps saying my endo is 'treated' and I'm not 100% on board with that theory.

Hallo, well it’s a type of treatment but not a cure (which doesn’t exist).

Cysts can still come back and it’s prudent to have regular scans so you can track them. Xx
