Frozen Pelvis — What was your very symptoms of this?

The past couple of days I’ve had pulling pain when I move. It feels like I’m leaving and I’m leaving my uterus behind. Bizarre feeling.

I’ve had that, sometimes it feels like I’m unsticking when I get up after sitting down for half an hour. When I flare up this often happens and I feel like I have a burning stone in my hip.

I’ve also had it where I stand up and I feel like my uterus is like falling - it’s a really weird sensation!

I think this is fairly typical, I would recommend Beyou patches and heat patches when you’re going to be in one position for long. I am sometimes try and stretch out my legs and pelvis before moving.
