Hi, hoping you can help. I’ve just had an appointment at the breast clinic, and for quite a while now, during ovulation I will release a small amount of white discharge which then towards the end of my cycle will turn to a brown/black colour and then go around the time if AF.
Anyway the consultant said it was hormone related and likely because I have Endo and will settle down when I have a baby.
Anyone else experienced the same?
Thanks

Thank you. I have had it for 5 years. I did think it was hormonal but I’m now going through ivf as I can’t conceive naturally and didn’t know if this was a link xx
"Ninety percent of women with galactorrhea also have hyperprolactinemia. High prolactin levels interfere with the normal production of other hormones, such as estrogen and progesterone. This can change or stop ovulation (the release of an egg from the ovary). It can also lead to irregular or missed periods. Some women have high prolactin levels without any symptoms."
