Is Diarrhea a sign of bowel endo?

Dear all, I have only ever had diarrhea in my life before with food poisoning or stomach bug. The last 2 weeks I have had it non stop, coinciding with a severe flare up of endometriosis. Could this be from the endo? Also the pain I had yesterday was unbearable, I couldnt speak and had to hang up the call with 111 as it was too exhausting trying to speak the pain was so bad. Is this normal for endo? I usually have pain from 6-7 with it. But yesterday was something else. It was day 2/3 of my period which wasnt anything out of the ordinary flow wise. P.S I have been told I didnt have endo on bowel a few months ago ( and my gut feeling was i didnt too). Could it spread this rapidly?

It can effect the bowel. I suffer with either severe constipation to diarrhoea. I had small amount attached to my bowel and get bad stomach cramps most days (not period cramps, it’s a different type of pain). They could have missed it if it was a small amount you just never know. Monitor it and keep a food diary also of everything you eat then if it is still the same and you go through constipation and then diarrhoea go see your GP again.
