Shorter cycle after excision laparoscopy?

Hi ladies. I had my second laparoscopy in May to remove endo and free my ovaries which were stuck to the back of my uterus. Since then, my period has been super early each month. My cycle is normally regular at 27-28 days but it’s now only about 20-22 days!! I’m worried. Anyone else get that or know why that is.

My situation was different, as I had open surgery and they removed an ovary and tube, but it took nearly a year for my 28ish day cycle to get somewhat back to normal. It’s still a little off but had gone down to 20-22 days as well. I think it just takes time for your body to recover from the trauma!
