Problems after laparoscopy x

Hi I had my first laparoscopy on 26th June for a removal of left cyst!

When I woke up they told me I infect didn’t have a cyst but instead endometriosis which has caused my left ovary and Fallopian tube to stick to my bowel! They did a D&C also but couldn’t touch my bowel as would need a specialist bowel doctor!

I felt fine the day of op but unfortunately became quite ill the day after and developed sepsis (unrelatedly to the operation apparently) anyway it’s now nearly 2 weeks after lap and I still have pain in my left lower abdo and bleeding and my bowels seem to be messed up! Hard to tell wether the pain is from my op or from my bowel but going to the toilet is also sooooo painful feels like everything is swollen!

Has anyone else experienced problems with their bowels after their lap and how long does the bleeding last?
