Endo symptoms but no period??!

So I've had my endo excised about 11 months ago, all going well, symptoms now just around my period, but this month I've had the usual list of; cramps, shoulder pain, lower back pain, mood swings, a little brown spotting but then nothing yet....

Usually it's regular to the date, pink spotting the day before then intense cramps (like someone twisting my insides) the first day with my full period day 1, then it calms as my period goes on. This months run up has been more excessive symptoms than normal - bloating looked awful, moodswings are horrible and whats usually my lower back pain is shoulders and coccyx (both have been treated by physio and have been fine the last few months).

Am I in for a horrible one??

Ohhhhh my love 💜, I’m sorry to hear this.

You know our bodies are strange things, it’s could just be a bit of an “off” month for you??

My periods were different after my lap and never the same each month. One would be 4 weeks then 5 weeks then sometimes longer.

It's really odd because for the past 11 months after my lap my cycles have been 28 days spot on - before it used to be all over the place! Never mind, it's been a bit of a stressful week so perhaps that's having an effect....
