Twins with Endo????

Are there any identical twins out there that both have Endometriosis?

I have Stage 4 endo with clear symptoms (not on mini pill) whereas my twin sister is on the mini pill with no real obvious, clear symptoms. Wondering whether she should get an MRI to determine this and rule it out as she really wants to have children eventually.

We both got DVTs around sane time so we’re told to come off combined pill which we did however, my sister went in mini pill and I didn’t. Thinking this may be masking the Endometriosis symptoms.

Not twins, only sisters - my little sister is diagnosed and I’m suspected with endo. Consultant said it’s 7 times more likely if a family member has it.
