Treatment choice

Hi. I was diagnosed with endo in Jan 2017 after a lap. I had the coil for 9 months which was dreadful so had it removed. Since Sept 2017 I have been pretty much symptom free aside from the standard heavy periods. But my latest check up showed a new endometrioma and the one that was drained on my othwr ovary has also grown. My cycle has now shortened to 25 days. My question is, given that it is probably getting worse again do I opt for more treatment even though I am currently pain free? I am 40 and don't want anymore children. I can't take the pill due to other meds so it's either the stomach injections or have the lot removed. Thanks in advance.
