Endo and nerve problems

So I've had sciatica for a while now. Since a few months ago I started with pins and needles in my left arm the physio checked I didn't have carpal tunnel and assumes I'm sleeping on it funny but get it through the day as well. Three weeks ago I started with a cough which turned into a chest infection and now I've got a mild case of bells palsy in my face is all this connected to having all the pain down south as my nerve issues have only gotten worse since I had womb obilation any advice would be greatly appreciated 😁
