Baring down pain, coil or not?

Hey girls, had my 3rd removal of endo back in Feb, coil put back in, since then I’m still getting a horrible bearing down pain and pain in lower left side as well as pain after sex, was due a follow up in clinic on 25th of May but just had a letter saying it’s been rearranged for August 😕. I’m wondering weather to have my coil removed until my rescheduled appointment to see if the pain eases, it surely can’t be endo when it’s just been removed? Any advice or input id be truly grateful. Thanks 💝
