Advice needed

So I was diagnosed with endometriosis last year - had no symptoms and aml living with it

And now after lots of tests and bleeding every month even though on a pill that stops bleeding I have just been diagnosed with adenomyosis

After reading every article on google I am really scared that I may have to have a hysterectomy

Any advice? Is that only option? Anyone been in same boat?

Hi! Although hysterectomy is the only cure for adenomyosis, it is not the only effective treatment. I’ll like below a good source of info on adeno and some of the treatments!
