Breast Pain and Endometriosis

Does anyone have breast pain mid cycle and week before period? Fed up with feeling constantly rubbish. Any advice would be great! X

Yes, i have, and have not found too much to do about it, just avoiding running and bumping into stuff with my chest.

My friend told me her cyclical breast pain eased to almost completely be gone when she started massaging them regularly. Like not just squeezing them mechanically, but rubbing them gently and thoroughly in a pleasurable way, or having someone else do it.

Ive been wanting to try too, but i forget about it and dont have a partner who would live close enough to rub my tits often enough for it to have that effect

Yes I get it too, also nausea and headaches x if they get too painful i usually opt for hand warmer down the bra just helps ease it. Works for me but I do have cystic breasts. With my nausea of you get it? , I tend to suck sweets or take Buscopan. Find Buscopan great for menstrual pain or if you suffer with in a symptoms of IBS with menstruation. Can now but it over the counter x hope some help to you xx
