It's so tough, isn't it! Really wears a person down as the years go by 💐

I hope you're getting help from a fertility specialist, either private or on the NHS . . . .

Unfortunately I don't fit their criteria so I'm not getting any help

You should still be able to be referred to speak to someone without being eligible for IVF on the NHS? There are investigations that can be done and treatments that are not IVF.

Is your endo being managed? Have you seen a gynaecologist and discussed this with them?

I’m guessing you’ve made all of the lifestyle changes you can (BMI, smoking, alcohol, healthy diet, etc), folic acid and vitamins, don’t over-do the ibuprofen and get plenty of sleep....doubt there’s much any of us can suggest that you haven’t tried. 😩

Maybe someone else will gave some good tips! I take ubiquinol, which is quite expensive as supplements go, and it’s probably a waste of money. It’s mentioned in the book “It starts with the egg,” which will also tell you to stop using plastic, perfumed toiletries and other unhelpful advice!
