So tonight the pain is back with vengeance, I'm curled up in bed, coated in my warming cbd cream and even that's not helping. I feel like I should be on my period or at least bleeding but due to my back to back pills, I'm not, which makes this pain even more annoying and just as unpredictable as before.
I'll be able to see a pain clinic soon, next month at the latest, to try and figure out what's causing it or how to decrease the pain. The questionnaire provided lists many treatment options for pain which I was never offered so I am interested to see what they try - at this point I will accept anything...
Mini rant over - thanks for reading.

I have back to backed three pill packets at a time for about 10 years now. Occasionally I get horrible pains about midway through the 9 weeks, so stop at the end of the current packet to get the bleed and cramps over with, otherwise I find it continues until my break and I get breakthrough bleeding anyway. I discussed this with my gynae and actually changed pills maybe 5 weeks ago with no signs of cramps yet. Hope you get some relief soon Have you tried voltarol rub on your lower abdomen? Works pretty well for me!
Yeah I've tried 4 different pills back to back (in the past 9 months) and so far this is the worst cramps I've had. I'm literally too scared to stop/have a break because of the amount of blood loss and clots I've had previously and since I can't take time off work I don't think I could cope with the bleeding.
You might not be giving them enough time to settle, probably not what you want to hear though. And sometimes you do just get a random bastard one out of the blue. If it helps at all, my natural periods were HORRENDOUS, vomiting from pain, fainting from blood loss etc, but my 'bleeds' on the pill (these aren't periods), are much, much lighter and the pain is much less and manageable with pain killers.
I've been using the pill for 4 years and have tried a few with breaks and they were still painful, heavy and long bleeds so my gp decided to put me on them without breaks
