I have been on the depo for around 6 yrs and have had no periods at all. Do it still grow back even thou I don't get periods? I had a servere case of endometriosis 7 yrs ago and had it removed but feel like it's back again. I've had on and off pain under my rib for a year now and worried about cancer. I'm booked in for a aparoscopy but 9 month waiting list

A 6cm endometrioma appeared on my ovary while I was on Depo. To be honest, I'm not sure if it grew really quickly or if they just missed it on the previous scan (3 weeks earlier). Either way I think the answer is yes. Depo is supposed to inhibit the growth of endometriomas but yes they can grow (back).

When they did a scan recently she said both ovaries were stuck but I wasn't sure if it was because it's grown back or maybe stuck from adhesion from previous surgery
