MRI suggests PCOS? and the return of Endo

Got my report back from a MRI scan to look for adenomyosis and it's come back with suspected PCOS and theres some some evidence that endometriosis has returned. Wondering if anyone has had PCOS diagnosed via MRI?

I had an ultrasound and blood test for this a year and a half ago but I was told they were fine. Having another blood test tomorrow to see if it shows now.

But I'm confused as to why it didn't show up before in those tests or my lap I had a year ago. Can PCOS just happen? Anyone had anything similar happen?

Hi, I have been diagnosed with PCOS & now going through process to get Endo diagnosed. When I got diagnosed with PCOS I had a ultrasound the doc told me I had it but no follow up or other opinions really so I just accepted it really. (Which at the time I should have asked more) I’m not to sure if there’s a link or why I got my cysts I was told they are just build up of fluid but so painful, oh my! But if ever I get confused or have loads of questions I write them down and take them to the doctors with me and just go through them. So maybe this could help? X

Thanks for replying I can't see the specialist until May cos he's so busy and my GP aren't answering my questions cos they don't really know. Did you have a blood test for PCOS? I'm so confused because my blood test came back normal yesterday as well.
