I'm new to endometriosis , well not new as suffered with years of painful periods but still trying to get diagnosis had loads of drs apps . I suffer with PMDD too. Just feel so low at mo the pain in my right hip is so intense struggling to walk haven't been at work since Monday . The fatigue is constant at mo always want to sleep but trying not to give in to it . Whenever I cough pain shoots in my back and can't sit in anyone position more than few mins . As this is new as on still no diagnosis does this sound like endometriosis. Had a drs app Monday and was told a scan I had last year showed a mass on right side . So gutted and annoyed as this was not told to me , why does is take me to make an app about pain to then only highlight scan . Sorry for ramble

Aw, honey. I hope you're doing okay. This is so normal. Please don't stress out about it. I want to offer you my full support. I'm sure things will get better for you! Keep the faith, and stay strong. You can do this!
1. No doctor other than an experienced endo gyno/surgeon will be able to help you. Doctors' appointments will continue being pointless and lead to no results from the scans and no diagnosis and no real help unless you seek someone specialised and experienced.
2. If you suffer from PMDD, I highly suggest you get your hormone levels checked out (it's a blood test that will measure your testosterone, progesterone and oestrogen levels throughout the month). You need to tackle oestrogen dominance (if that's the issue) right away.
3. As far as fatigue goes, check out my post on this page (the last one at the bottom): healthunlocked.com/endometr...
4. I also suggest you get your vitamin D, TSH, T4, T3 and iron levels checked out if you haven't yet!
Best of luck! I'm here if you need anymore information but I think these are the things you need to take care of right now!
Thank you so much for your advice and comments means a lot will look at your post now
You need a specialist I went through this for years multiple surgeries laparoscopies, ovarian cyst, lost one ovary it had twisted, pain was horrible one good week out of a month and to top it off the meds were making me sleep which didn’t help when you need to be alwrt to work. I also had a battle with fibroid tumors. I took a shot that stopped my monthly for awhile to give my body a chance to recover. I took so many pain pills to function i am lucky i didn’t get addicted. People don’t understand our struggle and i was threatened many times with losing my job because i was sick so much. So i took pain meds to get me through my work day.
