I have suffered with endo for 10 years, it has been getting worse over the last few months. I now take morphine every day for the pain. I have had recent tests on my bladder as I constantly have UTI's and my bladder is completely normal. The doctors will not do any more operations after 2 laparoscopy's. I am now left with the pain management team. I don't know what to do anymore I can barely work with this condition. Is anyone else the same? Can anyone help me?
Thanks Sophia

Hi, I'm so sorry to hear. I am going through the same thing. I take Pethidine every day instead of morphine because I hate the side effects of morphine. I'm also on 3 other painkillers with it. I also have issues with my bladder due to endo and I end up in the emergency room and sometimes admitted for pain control because of how bad the bladder pain is. My doctors said they think it's the microscopic endometriosis deposits that's causing the pain (I just did surgery to remove all the visible deposits) and I'm currently doing 3 months of chemical menopause and that has been the only thing that has helped the pain. If you can control the endo, it should help your bladder pain along with the morphine.
Aww I am exactly the same, I’m taking the morphine for what it thought was endo, had my 5 lap 3 weeks ag0 (they didn’t want to do it but did for my piece of mind.)They removed scar tissue but I am still in the same pain as before. They explained if the pains continue I will be put under the pain management team and basically have to get one with it, I have been off work for 2 years and desperately want to get bk. I’m not sure how much more I can cope with this daily struffle.
