Hard lump after laparoscopy?

Please excuse my horrendous stretch marks.😷😷😷

So I had a diagnostic laparoscopy on Monday 4th, I've been fine since, resting, not lifting heavy etc. Doing everything I've been advised. Yesterday I started getting a strange pain on my left side between both incisions, similar to a shitting pain but a bit sharper if that makes sense, anyway I put it down to bruising as both of my incisions are fine.

This morning I woke up to a bruise, exactly where the pain is. Which wasn't there yesterday. It's been getting progressively worse today, but not unbearable, tonight I've noticed there's a small hard lump directly under the bruise and it's so painful to touch.

I'm not sure if it's just swelling from the surgery or something I should worry about? Has anyone else had the same thing happen? What did it turn out to be? Will phone the Drs tomorrow but just curious 🤷

Hi - definitely call the doctor. It could be a hematoma, which is just like a localised big bruise, but might need checking out. x

Yes u need to go to A&E to get it checked out . It surely looks like a hematoma.
