Possible Endo

Hello, I am new this and look for some reassurance - I am 24 years and awaiting an appointment with a gynaecologist as a ultrasound I had suggested I possibly had Endo.. having had an ectopic pregnancy 3 years ago I was wondering if A) anyone can tell me what to expect at my appointment and B) has anyone else had an ectopic followed by Endo? Any information would be greatly appreciated I am extremely worried

I also had an ectopic then followed by a diagnosis of endo a year after. I’m not sure if they are connected?
