Prostap, HRT and period.

I’m starting to feel a bit lost and don’t really know what to do. I can’t get hold of my Endo nurses. Basically, I’m 7 months into Prostap 3dc and awaiting excision. I was on tibolone up until about 2 weeks ago and my nurse upped me to Kliovance to help with hot flushes and insomnia (which it seems to have helped with) however, 2 days ago I started with a period with some clots (sorry) - not just spotting, I’ve mainly got mild aches and pains with it but last night it intensified. I had some bleeding in the first month of the Prostap but nothing since this so I’m presuming it’s to do with the Kliovance - I just don’t know what to do or if I should be concerned or not.
