Good morning everyone,

Hope you all have a wonderful day☺️

Wanted to just update you all, I had a NHS gynaecology appointment on Monday and my doctor really wants to help me, she thinks that it could be endometriosis or adenomyosis as I had adhesions found when I had my appendix out. She’s requested a pelvic MRI scan to check for adenomyosis and I’ve got to have another laparoscopy operation to check and possibly remove any endometriosis... this should be making me feel happy that I’m being listened to but why do I feel so scared that they won’t find anything and I’ll be back to square one.

Sorry for the long post and thank you for reading.

Amber x

I think we all felt scared before diagnosis of something not being found. It comes from years of not being listened to I reckon. But it sounds like you have a good doctor and all the right investigations arranged. Hopefully you'll have answers soon :)
