Just after a chat really as everything’s just a bit overwhelming . So if you’ve seen any of my last posts you can see how badly my laparoscopy experience was etc - so I made a formal complaint and the confirmation of this only came through today and then I got a phone call where the head consultant wants to see me next week.
I just feel this is so quickly as I’m not booked in until February again for a consultation and so I’m just wondering what’s created this process to quicken

Hi Lucy, I’d take that as a good sign? It sounds as though they’ve listened to your complaint and just want to talk to you about it. Sorry, but I haven’t read about your lap - I suggest you decide what outcome you want out of it (the complaint), maybe you’ll get what you want!
