Endometriosis nightmare

So I’ve been on zoladex for nearly 8 months now, shock it hasn’t worked for me I’m now doubled up with cramps I can’t go for a wee or anything, my doctors just advised the endo has grown more blocking my bladder and bowels, all I’ve been given is laxatives is sent on my way until I see my specialist, I’ve been taking 8 laxatives a day for the past 4 days and still no bowel movement and problems with my bladder any natural remedies or anything anyone could suggest I’ve not slept probably in 2 weeks where I’m struggling so much to empty my bladder

Hi there.

Sorry to hear how awful things are for you. It sounds as though you should be in hospital! I would go to see your GP and explain the issues you’re having and see if there is a different laxative you can take or if you need an enema. You shouldn’t just put up with these fundamental body dysfunctions. You’ll be more poorly as a result. Good luck and take care.

The cramps I had when trying to pass urine was caused by endo inside the bladder, the pain was awful. Definitely get checked out at hospital if you are no better x

I’m trying to hold out until I see my specialist again in a week but I’m just stressed he won’t do a referral or I’m going to be like this for months until they can fit me in for a laparoscopy! Thanks for the advice! :). X
