Ladies- i was advised to change my diet and go dairy,wheat and sugar free as well as minimising carbs and i have been doing this for just 2wks and it has made a big difference to my pain.
Before the diet i was getting bad pelvic pain for around 20 days each month and now since the diet the painis very dull and nowhere near as bad as before.
A bit of background- i was doagnosed with severe wndometriosis in 2015, i am currently waiting for an appt to discuss a 2nd lap to remove a 6cm cyst on my ovary and other endo elsewhere.
The diet altho it is hard has helped alot and may even help others which is why i thought id share x
