Endo on bowel/bladder, frozen pelvis, IBS, citalopram?

Hi,

I'm so confused! Had a lap last year and they said I have stage 3 endo on bladder/bowel and fused to ovaries etc, although glanced at docs screen yesterday and it said frozen pelvis so there's that..

Long story short I was coping with the symptoms so decided not to go ahead with any surgery, they said it was very risky too.

But 3 months ago I came off Citalopram as I was feeling ok mood wise (after 7 years) and then the last 2 months my bowel issues have been awful, like IBS I imagine? Trapped wind and really really painful most days. GP is treating as IBS and has given me Colofac 3xdaily but doesn't think it's anything to do with Citalopram.

I just feel like it's come on very suddenly. I've never had this pain and constant trapped wind before.

Got the Mirena coil which has been a godsend for stopping the bleeding and anemia though. I just can't work out what is going on!

Living on peppermint tea and hot water bottles, and trying not to eat much!

Any thoughts very welcome, I think I need to talk to the specialists at the hospital again, but i think i need a referral for that. Agh.
