Awaiting a diagnosis

Hello, I’m new to this so sorry if I get anything wrong. I am 18 years old and am awaiting to find out if I have endometriosis, I have been on birth control for 3 years now and it’s only in the past two years that I have started to get severe period pains. I have been to my GP numerous times to get some answers, each time endometriosis has been explained but I haven’t been given any more information. I have recently been diagnosed with scoliosis and a lumbar vertebrae out of place. The severe period pains have increased how much pain I am in dramatically. Trying to find a position where the period and back pains are eased is almost impossible😭 I had a transvaginal ultrasound 4 weeks ago and still haven’t had any results. I’ve been calling my doctors surgery but still haven’t had any answers. Can anyone recommend any other clinic or anywhere that can better help me?

Or even advise as I feel I’m just being palmed off by everyone
