My whole body is shutting down i have no strength i keep going all hot and getting headaches, my bones actually hurt and when I wake up in a morning i feel like I've had a bang to my hips and back, and this is all down to simply me and my partner having sex . Sorry ladies no other way to put it to make you understand what I'm saying every time we do I'm badly and it's really getting me down. Just recently I've been sleeping a lot and I do not my self. Does anyone or has anyone experienced any of this . Thank you xx

Big hugs!!!

I understand! I avoid sex at all costs because i just cant bare the aftermath! Some times it lasts a couple days for me. Do you bleed after? I dont unfortuately have any remedies that can help with the pain after.. have you tried bath salts..like the relaxing ones? Stay strong xxx

Hi. I used to feel beyond exhausted. Sleep that was enforced for hours. Mentally I would try and wake up properly but I would shut back down and go in a deep sleep. Eventually, after about anything from 5 to 12 hours, I would wake up, force myself to move, then be on a go slow. More than 36 hours later I would go back to the regular exhaustion/fatigue and pain. The pain whilst in that state would not be as bad as normal though. A break from the constant pain, in anything.

Super big gentle hugs. Sex became a totally physical impossibility for me for a long while due to my rv nodule and continues to be problematic post surgery (included a partial vulvectomy due to tue damage done). We try to use non penetrative alternatives to give pleasure.

It may simply be pain as you suspect but some of the symptoms you mention do sound a little like M.E. or possibly thyroid, eg issues managing temperature and post exertional malaise.

Just a thought but may be worth checking these symptoms out thoroughly with a gp just to be on the safe side. Also if you are suffering low mood do talk to them about that as well and get the support you need and deserve sweetie.

Take care of you. Xx

Thank you all so very much! Means so much to me that you all understand. It's becoming such a strain and Evan though my partner says he supports me and won't leave no matter what, but the thought crosses my mind all the time when I'm like this, feeling he can get better and I'm no good. When ever we have had sex i feel I have to slowly get up otherwise it feels like my insides is just going to drop out of me and my stomach goes all hot and burning and the pains in my pelvic and hips is unbarable. I feel for you all as we all know what we are going through. Men really have it good let me tell you, I really wish I had a wond so I can take all this away from us. Take care all of you much love 💘 xxxx
