I’ve managed to go for a number 2 not yesterday the day before with laxido and it was a bit of a yey moment 😂😂

I’ve been carrying on taking them since and nothing else yet :( I can feel it ‘coming on’ but haven’t been again yet..

Am I expecting too much? 😂

How many do you take? Can you up the dose until you get the results you need? I have 8-10 a day or nothing happens, I have an extra long and extra slow bowel so I have to keep it almost liquid to move through! (Sorry if TMI!). Magnesium citrate tablets from Holland and barrett also help give you the sense of the 'urge' when taken on an empty stomach, chased down with a litre of water as quickly as you can drink it! Hope you poo soon! x
