Psychosexual health councelling

I have psychosexual health councelling next week. Really scared as I don’t really know what to expect and feel like I’m putting too much pressure on myself for it to work. Anyone give me any advice or tell me what I can expect with my first appointment, I know it’s a good thing just so used to disappointment with this disease. I’ve had enough and just want it sorting.

I haven't had this done but I thought about it to help with the pain during sex etc. So would love to know if it helps xx
