New symptoms

Hello, I’m hoping for some help

I have endometriosis, confirmed many years ago by lap. It’s inside my bowel and various other places

Over the last 4 months I have new symptoms relating to my chest/burning , I wrote the first off hoping it was coincidence, 2nd knew it was unlikely and now really can’t even tell that to myself

My chest is really very comfortable, and burning sensation under my ribs and into my chest. I was fine yesterday now we are a week away from period my bowels are painful and passing blood (sorry!) I can’t decide if it’s irritant from abdomen or something else . If the other couple months are anything to go by it will stop again about 2/3 days after I start my period

Anyone else have similar ?
