Worried from blocked fallopian tubes

I have stage 4 endometriosis and pain on my lower abdomen even if I don’t have my period and when i touch my lower abdomen it is hard it like it has bubbles inside my abdomen look like stiff, rigid, soild,. it is not soft I don’t know how can I explain it but i am afraid this means i have blocked fallopian tubes especially i can pee or poop in a certain position

I am so afraid there is something wrong with me is there anything i can indicate that i have blocked fallopian tubes without the hospital test

Does anyone experience this and they were able to get pregnant naturally ?!
