Can endemetriosis lead to cancer & be a risk especially if there are utis with nitrites & sepsis present.

So who is deciding on what is funded or not you can be sure it is committees mostly men who are not specialists .

Now I know why I was hoodwinked all last year pretending I was being Fast Tracked .Oh yes I had the implication that if middle aged & chaste didn't have to bother as possibly not a sexual risk & it was normal .That was from a GP teacher ??!!

Then the GP last year when eventually dawned on him to do a test to cover risk ,after had Paid for smear & endometriosis found in the private sector. This was because there were hard lumps in groin and he was were being directed I suspect by the more experienced to ignore and were never found .I suspect they were probably lymph nodes .He dressed up as if he was vet or going into a nuclear reactor .That's university education for you these days !

Im not aware that endometriosis increases your risk of any cancer above baseline risk.

Women who are overweight and who are / are ex smokers are at an increased risk of endometrial cancer.

To keep risks as low as possible we should not smoke and have a normal range BMI.

I hope that helps x

It was the endometriosis AND utis that show sepsis AND fact both Mother & Grandmother had similar problems involving cutis [ nitrites?& lymph ] & cancer of uterus via cysts too. Blaming on obesity & smoking is an easy option & possibly a factor but not entirely as they are still with us.

Im not aware the infection increases the risk.

Family history probably does increase the risk.

My point was that smoking and obesity are definitely known to increase risk and unlike family history they are 2 things we can actually change.

We cant change our genetics. We can lose weight. We can stop smoking though.

I hope that helps. Nobody said changing ourselves was easy.
