Sertraline,Tibilone Decapeptyl

Hi all

I’m currently on my 6th month of decapeptyl and have been taking Tibilone alongside it for 3 months. My Dr has agreed to give me it for a year while I’m on the waiting list for surgery (triple discipline bowel,bladder and gynae so long wait list) and my pain is much improved however my mood is very low.

Has anyone had any experience with sertraline alongside Decapeptyl to improve the side effects?
