Hi

So I’ve just been given a shot to medically induce the menopause. Can anyone recommend any vitamins or supplements I could take to keep me healthy ?

Higher Nature sell several items to help with menopause, but I have no idea how they combine with injections to promote it. They do have an advice line so you could phone them, also discuss with your doctor how they might affect one another.

Magnesium would be good, I think Vogel sell a Menopause support supplement. That might help with the hot flushes and keep you calm. Otherwise sage or red clover but check they don't interact with any prescribed medicines.
