2nd lap severe stage 4

Hi all, had severe stage 4 removed 5 years ago, and given horomone injections. I had another lap last week to find it was severe stage 4 again and all my endometrial organs were one big cocoon of endometriosis and adhesions. Has anyone else had a similar experience? Really upset, doctor said next time everything will go as its clearly aggressive Xx

hi. How are you feeling after your lap? I hope you can give yourself plenty of time to rest.

are you being treated by a bsge specialist centre ( if you're in the UK?).

I went into my second my lap a year ago having been told I had cysts and patches of endometriosis. In reality the specialist found a full frozen pelvis ( insides all stuck together which sounds like what your describing) as well as server endometriosis. He was very skilled and managed to free everything up, my bowel and bladder are to damaged but for the moment if I'm careful with what I eat its not causing much trouble.

do you have confidence in the doctor who has told you it all needs to go? You could always seek a second opinion if you don't feel its right.
